• The Li one body material is mainly steel, through different strength steel body safety performance, its static torsion stiffness reaches 31393N. M /°, where:

• Mild steel (≥220MPa) accounted for 26.8%  

• High strength steel (≥590MPa) accounted for 27.3%  

• Ultra-high strength steel (≥780MPa) accounted for 30.9%  

• Thermoforming steel (≥1500MPa) accounted for 13%  

• Aluminum alloy accounted for 2.4 %

• 3.Analysis of structures by collision

In the process of frontal impact, effective deformation energy absorption can be achieved by materials of different strengths, as shown in the figure below. The energy absorption box area is made of materials ≥590MPa, the front section of the rail is made of materials ≥780MPa, and the rear section of the rail is made of thermoforming steel. In this way, energy absorption can be effective and high strength can be maintained in the position of the crew cabin to ensure the integrity of the crew cabin. 

In the face of side impact, there is almost no cushioning area on the side of the body, so high strength and thermoformed steel is the necessary choice. The Li one B column reinforcement plate is thermoformed steel, which is also the solution of most car designs to deal with collision.
